Do you need access to our audience data?
For the Content Relevance Review, we work with anonymised or aggregated engagement data — page views, session duration, content categories. We don't require personally identifiable reader information. For deeper setup work, we discuss data access on a case-by-case basis with privacy at the front of every conversation.
How long does a Personalisation Setup take?
A typical Personalisation Setup runs over three to five weeks depending on the complexity of your content library and layout. We start with a scoping call, then move through configuration, placement, and a handover training session. We'll agree a timeline with you before work begins.
What's included in the Audience Experience Programme?
The programme covers multiple sections or sub-apps, a periodic relevance review (usually quarterly), and a maintenance guide your team can follow between our check-ins. It's designed for platforms that want to keep suggestions sensible over time as their catalogue and audience evolve.
Are there ongoing fees after the initial service?
The Content Relevance Review and Personalisation Setup are one-time engagements with no automatic ongoing fees. The Audience Experience Programme is a continuing arrangement — the scope and cadence are agreed upfront. You can also return to us for a refresh review after a Personalisation Setup if your catalogue grows significantly.
Can you work with our in-house development team?
